Safety

At Terpening Trucking, our number one priority is safety. Our strategy is simple—we don’t just talk about safety. We invest in and practice it daily. We're committed to fully training our staff and operating high-quality vehicles with state-of-the-art truck specs, electronic logs, fuel saving systems, and drive cams with GPS tracking. These are many of the features we utilize to succeed in accomplishing our safety goals.

Safe and Stable Equipment

Our fleet of Kenworth and Wester Star tractors pulling LBT trailers is constantly being upgraded with brand new models. In fact, two-thirds of our tractors are less than four years old! We work closely with vehicle engineers to review every component, so the safest and most stable vehicles are built for our customers' needs.

Vnomics

All our vehicles are equipped with anti-rollover technology, traction control systems, and stability features to enhance driver and vehicle safety. Each tractor also has GPS tracking that accepts electronic on-board recorder technology, which we expect to be federally mandated in the near future.

On-Time Deliveries

Because of our investment in experienced drivers, vehicle maintenance, and state-of-the-art technology, we avoid issues that delay deliveries such as out-of-service issues or DOT inspection violations.

Enhancement of Your Image

Our courteous, uniformed, professional drivers and safe, top quality tankers reflect positively on your location, since most customers view our delivery vehicles and staff as an extension of your company.

Most importantly, you can rest easier.

A note from Brian:

When your transport carrier sets the standard of safety as high as we do and has super low DOT out-of-service ratings like we do at Terpening, you know every delivery is as safe as possible for your customers, employees, and property.

We pride ourselves on being an active participant and industry partner in safety. While we may be competitors with other petroleum carriers, our priority is always safety and service. We are willing and able to work with everyone in the industry to improve safety for all.

Sincerely,

Brian Brundige
